FROSTED TIPS: The first major snow of the winter blanketed the Chenango Valley with up to six inches of the white stuff Tuesday afternoon. Snow continued to fall through the night and into Wednesday. Locations to the east and north of Hamilton reported up to a foot of accumulation. The snow comes just in time for his weekend’s Winterfest snow Olympics.
