It may be time to publicly inform the Colgate Community about the Phi Delta Theta and DKE lawsuits regarding the coerced buyout of the Greek Letter Chapter Houses. I would like to see an article specifically dedicated to the alumni/ae and students who are opposed to university ownership of the Greek Letter Chapter Houses and the restrictions placed on off-campus housing.

All is not “rosie” on Broad Street, and Colgate’s Board of Trustees and the Administrators would love to “sweep this news under the rug.”
