11:25 a.m.: Fire alarm activation at University Court Apartments was caused by cooking.

5:48 p.m.: Fire alarm activation at 22 Utica Street was caused by cooking.

6:30 p.m.: Residents of Gate House were found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

7:41 p.m.: Fire alarm activation at Drake Hall was caused by cooking.

8:34 p.m.: Residents of Shepardson House were found to have covered a smoke detector, blocked an exit and been in possession of candles. Case

referred for disciplinary process.

9:04 p.m.: A resident of Read House was found in possession of a candle. Case referred for disciplinary process.

9:52 p.m.: A staff member reported damage to a Cruiser that was parked in the first-year parking lot.

10:07 p.m.: A resident of Brigham House was found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

10:20 p.m.: A resident of Crawshaw House was found in possession of candles and had covered a sprinkler head. Case referred for disciplinary process.

Tuesday, 10/25

6:34 p.m.: A resident of the Townhouse Apartments was found in possession of a candle. Case

referred for disciplinary process.

6:59 p.m.: Residents of University Court Apartments were found in possession of candles. Case referred for disciplinary process.

7:41 p.m.: Residents of Parker Apartments were found in possession of candles. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:15 p.m.: Residents of Newell Apartments were found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:32 p.m.: Residents of Newell Apartments were found in possession of a candle. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:51 p.m.: Residents of Cobb House were found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and had covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:52 p.m.:A resident of Parke House was found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

10:14 p.m.: A resident of 114 Broad Street (Phi Delta Theta Fraternity) was found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

Wednesday, 10/26

2:55 a.m.: An underage student was arrested on 10/23/2016 by the Hamilton Police Department on Broad Street for possession of alcohol and open container. Case referred for disciplinary process.

6:44 p.m.: Residents of 100 Broad Street (Creative Arts House) were found in possession of candles. Case referred for disciplinary process.

7:42 p.m.: Residents of 80 Broad Street (Bunche House) were found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a candle. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:20 p.m.: A student was injured while practicing martial arts at Huntington Gym and transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety.

Thursday, 10/27

4:12 p.m.: Residents of the Townhouse Apartments were found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

9:25 a.m.: Received a suspicious activity report that occurred on Hamilton Central School property, bordering university-owned property on Broad Street. The Hamilton

Police Department was notified.

9:26 a.m.: A staff member

received an anonymous report of a sexual assault that occurred in a residence hall.

10:14 a.m.: Fire alarm activation at Newell Apartments was caused by cooking.

12:15 p.m.: A staff member

reported feces smeared on a wall at Little Hall.

5:19 p.m.: A resident of University Court Apartments was found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a candle. Case referred for disciplinary process.

7:18 p.m.: Received a report of a one-car motor vehicle accident at Dana Arts Center.

Friday, 10/28

12:23 a.m.: While on routine patrol of Broad Street, a Campus Safety officer observed unknown males running from 92 Broad (Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity) while carrying a bag/purse.

3:49 a.m.: Residents of the Townhouse Apartments were found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a candle. Case referred for disciplinary process.

11:22 a.m.: Received a report of an ill student at Olin Hall who was transported to her residence hall.

Saturday, 10/29 

12:08 a.m.: Received a report of a one-car motor vehicle accident on Alumni Road.

1:44 a.m.: Fire alarm activation at 92 Broad Street (Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity) – cause undetermined.

1:48 a.m.: Residents of 92 Broad Street (Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity) was found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

2:18 a.m.: Fire alarm activation at 92 Broad Street (Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity); cause undetermined. The activated detector was replaced.

4:18 a.m.: A staff member reported that her jacket was taken from Frank Dining Hall.

4:03 p.m.: A student reported that his unsecured bicycle was taken from Case Library in September.

Sunday, 10/30

12:51 a.m.: Campus Safety assisted the Hamilton Police Department with an intoxicated student at the Hamilton Post Office. The student was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety. Case referred for disciplinary process.

8:00 a.m.: A resident of 110 Broad Street was found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and had covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

9:25 a.m.: A visitor reported losing a bracelet.

8:10 a.m.: Received a concern for welfare report of a student.

10:05 p.m.: Fire alarm activation at University Court Apartments was caused by cooking.
