Monday, 9/29

 

7:02 a.m.: Received a report unknown person had defecated in a

urinal at the O’Connor Campus Center and at James C. Colgate Hall.

9:53 a.m.: Received a report of an ill student at Persson Hall who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety.

12:32 p.m.: Campus Safety assisted the Hamilton Police with a hit and run accident at Utica and Wiley Streets. A pedestrian was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety.

6:47 p.m.: A resident of the Townhouse Apartments was

found in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and was smoking in a residence hall. Case referred for disciplinary process.

 

Tuesday, 9/30

 

6:10 p.m.: A resident of 100 Hamilton Street (Creative Arts House) was found in possession of candles. Case

referred for disciplinary process.

6:14 p.m.: A resident of 100 Hamilton Street (Creative Arts House) was found in possession of candles and incense. Case referred for

disciplinary process.

6:15 p.m.: Campus Safety observed a broken window at 100 Hamilton Street (Creative Arts House).

 Wednesday, 10/1

 

5:01 a.m.: Received a report from Community Memorial Hospital that a student was bitten by a skunk at the Townhouse Apartments.

2:24 p.m.: Received a report of a two car property damage accident on Lally Lane.

6:04 p.m.: A student cut his finger while prepping a meal at Newell Apartments and was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety.

 

Thursday, 10/2

 

11:00 a.m.: Received a report that an unknown male yelled at students near James C. Colgate Hall on 9/24/2014.

11:29 p.m.: Underage students at West Hall were found in possession of alcohol and playing drinking games. One student failed to comply with officers when asked for identification. Case referred for

disciplinary process.

 

Friday, 10/3

 

12:48 a.m.: Received a report of an underage intoxicated student at Gate House who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by SOMAC Ambulance. The student was also in possession of a fictitious driver’s license. Case referred for

disciplinary process.

4:30 a.m.: A student was found in possession of a fraudulent identification card at 88 Hamilton Street (Campus Safety). Case

referred for disciplinary process.

12:20 p.m.: An underage student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/20/2014 for possession of alcohol underage and an open container on Kendrick Avenue. Case referred for disciplinary process.

12:25 p.m.: An underage student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/21/2014 for possession of alcohol on College Street. Case referred for disciplinary process.

12:30 p.m.: A student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/27/2014 for possession of an open container of alcohol on Broad Street. Case referred for disciplinary process.

12:35 p.m.: A student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/18/2014 for disorderly conduct (rocking a mailbox back and forth) on Lebanon Street. Case referred for disciplinary process.

12:45 p.m.: A student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/20/2014 for possession of an open container of alcohol on Lebanon Street. Case referred for disciplinary process.

12:55 p.m.: A student was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department on 9/30/2014 for disorderly conduct and urinating in public on Broad Street. Case referred for

disciplinary process.

4:48 p.m.: A student reported unknown person entered her unlocked room and took a box.

8:05 p.m.: A student was injured while playing soccer on Van Doren Field and transported to Community Memorial Hospital by SOMAC Ambulance.

9:28 p.m.: Campus Safety on routine patrol of East Hall observed an underage intoxicated student who passed an alcohol assessment, signed off with Campus Safety and was escorted to her room. Case referred for disciplinary process.

10:49 p.m.: Received a report of a possible party at the Townhouse Apartments. Investigation revealed small gathering with drinking games. Case referred for disciplinary process.

11:16 p.m.: Campus Safety on routine patrol near East Hall observed an underage intoxicated student who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety. Case referred for disciplinary process.

11:47 p.m.: Received a report of an underage intoxicated student at Stillman Hall who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety. Case referred for disciplinary process.

Saturday, 10/4

 

12:12 a.m.: Received a report of an underage intoxicated student at West Hall who passed an alcohol assessment, signed off with Campus Safety and was escorted to her room. Case referred for disciplinary process.

1:39 a.m.: Campus Safety on routine patrol near Frank Round-A-Bout observed an underage intoxicated student who transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety. Case referred for disciplinary process.

6:35 p.m.: A student reported being stalked by her ex-boyfriend.

 

Sunday, 10/5

 

12:29 a.m.: A resident of Stillman Hall was found to have covered a smoke detector. Case referred for disciplinary process.

1:20 a.m.: Received a report of an underage intoxicated student at Stillman Hall who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by Campus Safety. Case referred for disciplinary process.

9:19 a.m.: A resident of 84 Broad Street (Tri Delta Sorority) reported unknown person(s) entered the house throwing eggs and scattering rocks throughout the first floor.

1:47 p.m.: A student reported her jacket and contents missing from 66 Broad Street (Delta Upsilon Fraternity).
