3:29 a.m.: An underage intoxicated student at Gate House was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

6:06 p.m.: A student was cited for driving the wrong way on a one way street at Frank Round-A-Bout and failure to register his vehicle with the university. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

7:17 p.m.: A student was cited for possession of marijuana and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

10:24 p.m.: Students at 100 Hamilton Street (Sigma Chi Fraternity) were cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and smoking and possession of candles in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

Wednesday, 2/24

10:15 a.m.: A student was cited for having accumulated an excessive amount of parking fines. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

5:55 p.m.: A student was cited for having accumulated an excessive amount of parking fines. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

Thursday, 2/25

12:30 a.m.: A student was injured after falling on ice outside of Case Library. Campus Safety provided initial first aid.

3:52 a.m.: A student at Russell House was cited for possession of marijuana and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

1:23 p.m.: Received a report of a two car property damage accident on Academic Drive.

Friday, 2/26

1:56 a.m.: A fire alarm at 88 Broad Street (Beta Theta Pi Fraternity) was caused by a maliciously discharged fire extinguisher.

2:25 p.m.: A student, whose vehicle had been towed, took his vehicle from Von Bank’s in Earlville, NY, without paying his bill. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

9:55 p.m.: A student at Russell House was cited for a covered smoke detector. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

9:58 p.m.: A student at Russell House was cited for having a blocked egress. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

9:59 p.m.: A student at Russell House was cited for possession of marijuana and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:14 p.m.: Underage students at Andrews Hall were cited for possession of alcohol and participating in drinking games against university regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:48 p.m.: Students at Andrews Hall were cited for possession of marijuana and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

Saturday, 2/27

12:10 a.m.: Underage students at Russell House were cited for possession of alcohol and participating in drinking games against university regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

12:16 a.m.: Students at Russell House were cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a neon sign in violation of university regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

12:30 a.m.: An underage student at East Hall was cited for possession of alcohol. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

1:06 a.m.: Students at Andrews Hall were cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

1:44 a.m.: Students were cited for disorderly conduct after being observed spitting on a vehicle parked near Stillman Hall. One student was also cited for possession of another person’s driver’s license. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

2:58 a.m.: A staff member reported her vehicle damaged while parked in the Coop lot on 2/24/10.

4:30 a.m.: A student was cited for possession of another person’s driver’s license. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

10:43 p.m.: Students at Parker Apartments were cited for possession of marijuana and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:33 p.m.: Underage students at the Townhouse Apartments were cited for possession of alcohol and having an unregistered party in violation of university regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:40 p.m.: A student at the Townhouse Apartments was cited for possession of another person’s driver’s license. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:45 p.m.: Students at the Townhouse Apartments were cited for possession of marijuana. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

11:50 p.m.: Students at the Townhouse Apartments were cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and smoking in a residence hall in violation of university and state regulations. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

Sunday, 2/28

12:30 a.m.: An underage intoxicated student at Frank Round-A-Bout was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by SOMAC ambulance. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

12:49 a.m.: An underage intoxicated student at West Hall was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by SOMAC ambulance. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

1:53 a.m.: A fire alarm at Stillman Hall was caused by a maliciously activated pull station. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

2:07 a.m.: Fire doors and an exit sign at Stillman Hall were found damaged.

2:25 a.m.: Hamilton Police reported an intoxicated student near the Post Office who was transported to Community Memorial Hospital by SOMAC ambulance. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

3:24 a.m.: A fire alarm at Whitnall House was caused by a maliciously activated pull station. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

3:30 a.m.: Students at Whitnall House were cited for failure to evacuate for a fire alarm. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

3:34 a.m.: Students at Whitnall House were cited for failure to evacuate for a fire alarm. Case was referred for disciplinary action.

3:36 a.m.: A student reported a dispute between herself and a male student at 66 Broad Street (Delta Upsilon Fraternity). Case was referred for disciplinary action.

2:41 p.m.: A student reported a television taken from an igloo outside of 92 Broad Street (Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity).
