In a Sep. 15 email, the Office of University Communications and Events, along with the Homecoming Planning Committee, announced its plans for Homecoming Weekend 2023. This year, Homecoming Weekend falls on Oct. 13-14.
This year’s homecoming football game is a matchup against Dartmouth College, while women’s ice hockey will play against Mercyhurst University. Both games are free to attend.
Additionally, the email promoted events such as the Colgate Day Carnival, which will include games, food trucks and beverages from Good Nature Farm Brewery as well as the 2023 MusicFest.
“Enjoy free food and performances by the Colgate Thirteen, Dischords, Mantiphondrakes, student bands, and more,” the email read.
All of Homecoming Weekend will be free to attend, although families and friends are asked to register by Oct. 6. More information can be found on the University’s website.
