Baker’s Dozen: Andrew Blum

Andrew Blum

This summer, junior Andrew Blum worked at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He conducted biophysics research, measuring the dynamics of mitochondrial membrane minding. Most of the members of Blum’s laboratory were from Russia, so he learned some of the language while exploring Parkinsons.

“I enjoyed the impact that my research has in understanding Parkinson’s and look forward to continuing research in the future,” Blum said.
